Swimming aerobics

Swimming aerobic functions offering spreads while the distance that is swum spreads. As far as meeting an aerobic absorption goal is concerned, it is not exactly the most simple thing to do. United States Swimming has adapted a specified categorization system that has seven different levels[1]. Recovery (REC), Endurance Level 1 (EN1), Endurance Level 2 (EN2), Endurance Level 3 (EN3), Sprint Level 1 (SP1), Sprint Level 2 (SP2) and Sprint Level 3 (SP3). Many other sports as well as other countries use a somewhat altered categorization, but a lot of them are still somewhat alike. A lot of other sports use a system that is like it to determine work status.

Glossary:

REC – Recovery swims complete using a simple pace and the rest intervals during the set are usually not significant.

Least Endurance Pace (EN1) – virtually any distance, with very little rest (less than half a minute) between repeats, swum at an endurable, somewhat simple pace. It aids in building base yardage as well as promoting recovery.

Duration Endurance Pace (EN2) – Is completed over the course of between 20 and 45 minutes at minimum and the effect should be an increase in your ability to partake in aerobic work without an after effect of build-up of waste products in the muscles.
